Can I customize my BōX bathroom?
Our BŌX bathrooms are currently offered as pre-designed collections, ensuring a harmonious blend of style, functionality, and enduring quality. While full customization isn't available at this time, we offer upgrade options to personalize your space. You will be able to do these modifications on our online platform once you have placed your deposit. For a more custom bathroom, wesuggest selecting design one, which is fully customizable. Do you offer financing?
We understand that bathroom renovations are a significant investment. While we don't offer direct financing options at this time, we're actively working with reputable financial institutions to develop a flexible financing solution that aligns with our commitment to transparency and simplicity. We anticipate offering financing options in the near future.
In the meantime, we encourage you to explore the many financing options available through your bank.
How long will I have to wait for my BōX once it's ordered?
We understand you're eager to start your bathroom transformation! While wait times can vary depending on current demand and material availability, we strive to deliver your BōX as quickly as possible.
Rest assured, your BōX will arrive well in advance of your scheduled installation date, giving you ample time to prepare for a seamless and stress-free renovation. the typical waiting period from signing of contract to delivery of the box and start of project is approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Subject to change.
How long will the installation take?
Your BŌX bathroom installation is designed to be efficient and minimally disruptive to your daily life. Most projects are completed within two to four weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and any specific requirements of your space.
Design One, our most streamlined option, typically takes two weeks to install. More intricate designs may take up to four weeks.
What is included in my BŌX?
Your BŌX includes everything you need to transform your bathroom, from the walls in:
- Design: A professionally curated bathroom design, chosen by you from our collection of timeless styles.
- Materials: All the high-quality fixtures, finishes, and materials needed for your renovation, carefully selected and delivered to your door.
- Installation: Expert installation by our vetted team, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
- Project Management: A dedicated BŌX project manager to oversee your renovation from start to finish.
Site Visit and Assessment:
Once you've selected your BŌX bathroom, we'll schedule a site visit to assess your existing space. This allows us to confirm measurements, identify any potential challenges, and discuss any additional costs that may arise.
What's Not Included:
While we strive to make the renovation process as simple and transparent as possible, there are a few items that may require additional consideration:
- Pre-existing Conditions: If our assessment reveals issues like mold, asbestos, plumbing problems, structural damage, or uneven surfaces, we'll discuss the necessary remediation with you, which may incur additional costs.
- Structural Changes: If you wish to make major changes to the layout or structure of your bathroom (e.g., moving walls or plumbing fixtures), this may also require additional work and costs.
Our goal is to be upfront and transparent about any potential costs, so you can make informed decisions and avoid surprises during your renovation journey.
The layout of my current bathroom does not seem to match the layouts available on the website.
Here is where the magic of the BōX concept shines. We have worked hard in the past five years to make sure that our packages fit 90% of all bathroom layouts.Without affecting our package pricing. Once you have committed to a project, one of our train technicians will meet you on site to take precise measurements and make sure that this package is right for your bathroom.
Will this predesigned bathroom work for my specific bathroom layout.
In the event that our pre-design package does not fit your current bathroom layout, we will provide you with a detailed quotation for any additional work needed to make your dream bathroom package a reality. If the price of this additional work exceeds your expected budget, your deposit will be fully refundable.
